Zamboanga del Norte National High School has recorded a total of 2,482 students who have successfully submitted for enrollment as of 8:00 PM on June 5, 2020. The school has started its online enrollment since June 1 in compliance to DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2020 Guidelines on Enrollment for School Year 2020-2021 in the Context of the Public Health Emergency Due to Covid-19.

The Department of Education remains committed to every learner’s constitutional right to accessible education. Consequently, ZNNHS administered its first-ever online registration of learners in keeping with the mandatory physical distancing and community quarantine measures that adhere to the guidelines set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), the Office of the President, and the Department of Health (DOH). Other registration procedure, if online access is not feasible to enrollees, is the physical submission of the data form and survey to the enrollment focal persons of the school. The submission commenced on the third week of June, 2020 following social distancing and health protocols.

ZNNHS has this official website where the form can be accessed on its dashboard. The website has never lagged and made it easy for parents and students to submit for online registration. Enrollment is open for incoming Grade 7 to Grade 12 for school year 2020-2021.

“Once the data entries are processed and the form has been successfully submitted, it means that enrollment is done,” confirms School Principal Mr. Adrian G. Refugio.

DepEd has the initial data of more than 5 million students in both public and private schools nationwide enrolled from June 1-5.
