With all humility, the Zamboanga del Norte National High School (ZNNHS) expresses its profoundest apology to Ms. ALEXA KAY N. ACURAM of ABM-FORD and to her family as we admittedly committed an honest mistake for not being able to include her name on the list of graduates of BATCH 2021 during the 4TH SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION EXERCISES Facebook Live Stream this morning.
We deeply empathize the disappointment of the student-concerned and her family as we also greatly value the meaning, importance and impact of graduation exercises as one of the most significant occasions a high school student whose tenacity, passion and hard work throughout the years of studying are next to none gets to experience. Anent this, we sincerely take the full responsibility of this negligence.
Despite our arduous preparations and untiring efforts put to fruitions, an unprecedented incident like this still unwittingly transpired.
Rest assured that ZNNHS would redeem itself as it will continue to provide quality services that our student- clienteles truly deserve. This is indeed a very humbling experience yet we would like to accentuate that this would not define the entirety of the institution whose nomenclature has long been deemed or associated to quality and substance over the years.
May this public apology bring peace to both parties.
